Can you just get a pulling harness for your at petsmart?

I was thinking of using my dog to carry mulch and stuff. I know there are thing hat cost 100 bucks or so.But i dont want to spend that much.

That is a harness for walking. You'll need to get an actual pulling harness. They don't sell those at Petsmart/Petco. You have to order them online.
