horseback riding boots question ?
Hey so i just bought this brand of riding show boots: dublin aristocrats field boots. I was just wondering how long it would take for these to break-in. I've only wore them once so far on my horse. I have a show june 14th and i want them to be broken in by then. Thanks

P.S what is the best thing to use to clean this type of riding boot ?
definitely try to wear your boots as much as possible in between now and the show. that will make it MUCH easier on your feet when you finally get to the show!
some helpful hints i use when breaking in tall boots would be:
-before you ride, spray alcohol on the boot around your ankle. this helps the boot to drop so they won't look really tall on you, and will help to break them in and conform to your leg.
-wear 2 pairs of thin socks--that way, if the boot is rubbing you anywhere, it will rub against the first pair of socks and not your skin.
-always carry some band-aids with you just in case you get a blister
