Trying to install Windows XP. Getting the Blue screen of death. HELP!?
I'm gettting the following errors: 0x0000007B 0xF78DA63C 0xC0000034
I've tried multiple disks and versions. The weird thing is that Linux installs fine.
Here's my setup:
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core
G.Skill Ripjaw Series (4x2GB) 1.6GHz DDR3 PC12800
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
OCZ ModXStream Pro Power Supply 700W
Please let me know what to do here.

Thanks guys. I just figured it out though. AHCI mode was on. Whoops. So yeah, I went ahead and restored defaults for good measure.

you have to go to Bios settings, by pressing "DEL" (it might be F1, F2 or Esc) key when computer just starts, then look for IDE settings or Hard Drive Settings, you will see that the "RAID is ON", switch it to IDE.
That happens for some new hard drive, when installing xp, if you install vista or 7 you might not have that problem.
