Breakfast
-1/2 cup Kashi cereal, apple, 1T peanut butter, cup of skim milk

Lunch
-wholegrain crackers (130cal), hummus, 1/4c tuna salad made w/ lowfat Miracle Whip, raw mixed veggies (brocolli, carrots, spinach, caulliflower), laughing cow cheese wedge (70cal)

Dinner
-organic chicken sausage, ketchup, slice of wholegrain bread, raw carrots

Snack
-lowfat yogurt w/ 1/4c kashi cereal

Today I mostly sat around the house, but I did shovel snow for a little bit, and I did a 45min strength training workout at home. I am 18yrs old, 5'4 and about 86lbs. Did I eat too much? I feel kind of guilty
