I'm thinking local show circuts in western pleasure/equitation/trail/horsemanship.
Heres his video if you didn't see it. The video quality is bad so its kind of hard to tell.

He's over at the knee- this will give him tendon strain and he may not stay sound because of it. He's also pretty down hill, which is going to put even more stress on his front end. He's cute and he seems like a pretty safe horse, but his front end is not going to stand up to the stress of heavy riding, depending on what you want to do with him.
He has a decent head, a nice neck, and his hind end is basically OK, I would prefer a bit more angle in his hind legs though.
He's got good bloodlines, but that doesn't matter at all for a gelding since you can't breed him! (not that he's anywhere near breeding quality, anyway...)
He would be best for light riding. Due to his conformation, I wouldn't pay more than $2000 for him.
BTW, he is NOT a "jumper prospect"! Send him over one jump and he'll be sore for days, as downhill as he is and as bad as his front knees are!
