Fly Sheet Neck

My horse has been eaten up by flies all over his face and neck down to his chest and shoulder. But they stop biting beyond his shoulder, so I wanted to get a fly sheet that just covers HIS NECK. I would also like to invest in a fly mask, so if the neck fly cover attaches to the fly mask that would be great.

Is there such a fly sheet that doesn't cover the body, but covers the NECK, and maybe SHOULDER. I don't want to buy a fly sheet the covers the body. Examples would be great thanks!
