Question about TWH show tack?
Hello! I just bought a western show set for my TWH off the internet and they sent me the wrong headstall... I got one of those double ear headstalls with no jaw band. It looks very nice but I'm wondering if it's appropriate for walking horses... It seems like only quarter and stock horses wear it. What do you think? Should I send the headstall back?
No doubt, the box had an invoice in it? Read the return instructions, then call the company to let them know the problem. Write down the name of the contact person, the date, the time, and what was said. Then follow the instructions to return it for the correct one.
