Thanks for the tips, I was slouching because my instructor told me to really push with my seat and to lean back? Haha.
Okay, your horse will go MUCH better if you sit further forward in the Saddle, in the deepest part, and try and get your thigh mroe vertical.
You slouch back a bit, and it's affecting your horse, Sit up a bit more 
He is tracking up, but only just. For dressage training you should be working on a dressage arena, Having the enclosed space where you can practise exact 20m circles is Sooooo helpful.
He is a bit strung out, and on the forehand. You need to "push push push" and get him moving! Encourage him to self carry using half halts.
I didn't see where you got him to collect? I don't think that instructor is helping you. She is saying "Push Push Push" but she isn't telling you what needs to be achieved.
Your horse needs to be working up into the bridle, getting more height and length in his step.
Your position really needs some work!!
