Ladies I need your honesty, for us to understand you.... I am not the kind of men who stare at attractive women, although inside me tt might be very difficult to fake that I don't care.... why would a women wear a miniskirt and keep pulling it to protect her self from people starring?.. why would a women wear provocative bras and complain that men look at her breast?.. why would a women wear a dress opened from the side up to her thighs and sit and cover her legs and say men are pigs?.... why women wear a short top, reach for something and are seen almost naked and act as if they are not aware of it??? why transparent tops and laces that show a bra?..why a bikini that is provocative when they have a husband sitting beside them, .. do women enjoy provoking men ? do they know that men have sexual ideas and do it on purpose but act as if they don't mean it? ..... and if men answer this question... just let us know what if your wife dresses that way.. Please don't blame the fashion....
Some women do as you describe - dress provocatively but act offended if anyone reacts to it.
Others dress provocatively because they enjoy it themselves, for their own pleasure, and really don't mind if you look, too.
Still others dress provocatively with the intention of provoking you and revel in the attention received.
It's a hard balancing act for the viewer, I'm sure. The ones who keep trying to tug their skirt lower or hold a slit in a dress closed are not comfortable with how they're dressed, and are likely to react defensively. The ones who are comfortable are probably going to react better if you take note of them.
