P.S. They are all level 100 and no, they have not been hacked, and they have all been EV trained and bred to fit the proper nature.

First problem is that your team has big weaknesses: 4 ground weaknesses is never nice, though 2 of the ground weaknesses have pretty high defense; you team also have 3 pokemon that would fear a pokemon with water+ice moves, which isn't uncommon.

You also want to consider some kinds of tanks, annoyers, clerics and etc. Your team's overall special defense is not great, and spikes and status problems will really hurt your team.

Now for individual pokemons.
Alakazam is fine, but Psychic plate and Thunder wave is a little bit strange. Alakazam's defense is low, if the opponent is about to attack, thunder wave might not be a good idea; if the opponent is sure to switch, then Calm mind would be better;

Rhyperior: Rock Blast>Stone Edge. Though the min damage 50 is low, its value is that it breaks substitute, a common strategy in pokemon battle. Also consider Substitute+Focus Punch.

Empoleon: I don't know why you use miracle seed...10% power up of one move is really small. Although Flash Cannon is STABed, it is not so valuable for a water type. OK, actually my advice is...use Milotic, Starmie or Slowbro instead...

Infernape: Close Combat+Swords dance is probably not the best combination. Imagine that your swords dance a couple of times, then CC, your opponent switch into a low health pokemon which s(he) prepare to sacrafice, then switch on a Starmie. Switch or not? If you do not switch, Starmie can kill you; Switch, SD is gone. I would change SD into U-turn and use choice scarf/band.

Metagross: I don't see the point of Metal Coat. If you use Hammer Arm then the steel move should probably be Gyro ball...with low speed IV, 0EV and negative nature, Hammer Arm a few times and the power of Gyro ball would be destructive. Also Consider Explosion for Zen headbutt. Zen headbutt is STABed and can be pretty useful, but not the best.

For Salamence, Fly is NEVER a good move. I'd rather use Aerial Ace. In fact your team probably needs a Special attack Salamence or mixed sweeping Salamence rather than a Physical one. Like Roost+Fire blast/Flamethrower+Dragon pulse+HP flying/grass/electric/Hydro pump. DD Salamence is not that popular in DP because of choice scarfs and Ice shard...
