So, this is my current plan...any suggestions...?
-blue plaid skirt
-grey/white collared polo
-short black tie
-high pig tales (straightened hair)
-long socks (either knee high or full leg socks)

black preppy shoes (small platform is a plus)
black or white over the knee or thigh high socks or stockings
(really long cotton or nylon stockings are great)
white shirt with a blue or grey cut jacket
pony tail on the sides
