Nice Cheap Saddles, anyone?
Anyway, I'm looking for a new saddle, and I want one that will last and will suit me. It needs to be an all-purpose english, well made, and with the softest leather possible in my price range. Looking for a dark brown color - perhaps a havana, or even a red. I generally ride bays and grays for shows.
Price range is from 200-500 American dollars. Thank you.

Surprisingly there are a lot of nice looking inexpensive saddles on E-bay auction. If some one is selling one from your area you may be able to try it out before you buy too. You may also want to try a tree-less saddle. They are supposed to be very comfortable and fit well most horses.
