What is the most flattering colour for show breeches?

What colour in the range acceptable for showing is the most flattering?

(Asks the lady who injured her bum and had to sit on it for 6 mos.) I'm not huge or anything, it just seems that beige breeches look best on folks with super skinny legs.

It's an open show based off of 4-H rules. Show attire is required so I can't show up in any of my schoolies.

There is no real best colour, personally, I think jodpurs/breeches are a necessesity, not a fashion statement. In particular competitions, certain colours work best and often they have rules for the colours. Dressage often wear white, but Beige is ok too. For Hack and Show riding, Banana is best, but again, Beige is allowed.

Im a fan of banaba yellow and green/yellow, as they are much more flattering, however, in many shows I have to wear Beige , white and Banana. Dark blue/navy is also great, and usually the fabric sits nicely.

When I choose a new pair of show pants, (breeches, Jodz or anything), I first look at the rules, and often they have an array of colours. I then go to my horse supplier, and as for every colour on the list. Nakeing sure I select a colour that goes with my Saddle and bridle colour leather. Black leather goes well with beige. Dark brown goes well with Green colours.
I am from Australia, so our show rules differ but just make sure they are regulation colour, and if the rules say a range of colours, find one you like and if different to what you already have. That way, when you want a change of colour, or don't want to wear beige or banana all the time, you can choose green or navy, or what ever different colours you have.
