Blanket question READ INSIDE (easy points) ??

I measured the horse i ride and got 80".
would it be any different if i got 78"???
I'm going to get a dress sheet, scrim sheet, and summer sheet in this size
I don't know if i measured properly because this horse isn't really large.
My measuring tape must have been twisted.
but its a good chance hes 80"

but even if he was 80", would 78" be small?
or would it be fine?

I also want 78" because the other horse i ride is 76" and i don't want to buy separate sheets.

i also have the same issue but i went up one blanket size from what i measured just in case she got more muscular and then i know it wont be to small so i would go with the 80 its ok if its a little big on the other horse but i would wash it in between the horses
