How much should I sell my horse blanket for?
It is a Gladiator Heavyweight Turnout Blanket:

Mine is black with silver lining. 1200D, 440g fill.
Retails new for $189.99
It has been used sporadically (in combination with a lightweight--so it is not used every night) during the winter for 3 years.
The only damage is a rip in the tail flap (which we are going to sew up, and it'll be like new), and a broken buckle in the front (which we are replacing). It has never been muddy and never very dirty at all, and was washed a year ago.
I am selling it to a lady who also boards at the same barn as I, because it's too big for my girl, and I am buying a new heavy to fit her. The lady said not to worry about washing it again before giving it to her.
How much do you think I should charge?
Personally, I'd ask $75 because of age and the rip. Even sewn, the blanket wouldn't be worth as much as it was without the rip.
That's nice of the lady, but if I were you I would still wash it ! Just out of courtesy and that way, it looks like a better buy and she doesn't feel ripped off at all!
