Western Trail Kid

In 2 years, I will be going off to college. I refuse to sell my horse because no matter what, I want to keep her forever. She is a purebred AQHA, nice bloodlines. She will be 5 when I go to college. Which idea would be better?
1. Lease her out to a kid or adult to be used for whatever they want. She is definitely a western pleasure prospect and could do very well in shows. She could also be a great barrel, pole, roping, or trail horse as she is very calm. This would be a free lease, because the adoption agreement from the rescue I got her from says I am not allowed to make any money off of her.
2. She goes back to the rescue to work in the kids program. She would be working with at-risk youth, homeless kids, and handicapped children. She loves kids and is very gentle. She would still be mine, they wouldn't be able to adopt her out.

I know that it is 2 years away, but I want to be prepared.
