White Cotton Web

Our goldfish have had problems with the cotton wool fungus before and we have successfully treated them with the melafix/primafix medicine. But this morning I noticed one of them has the cotton wool on her eyes and her scales look like they have a fungus or like a white powder on. I'm pretty sure its not white spot as I've seen it before and its not like small white spots. I can't seem to find anything on the web that sounds similar, or how to treat it.
Yasashi dude, a goldfish is as worthy as you or I for medical treatment. I don't get pets to let them die, I want to give them the best life possible. If you aren't going to answer my question then don't write anything.
